          The Senate of the Parliament of Kazakhstan on Thursday at a plenary meeting adopted the law "On ratification of the agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Turkey on military cooperation", the Interfax-Kazakhstan correspondent reported.

The agreement was signed in Ankara on the 13th of September, 2018.

The main purpose of the document is the further development of long-term military cooperation on the basis of principles of equal rights and mutual benefits between Kazakhstan and Turkey.

Interaction between two States includes such spheres of military cooperation as military trainings and studying, holding of joint trainings, defense industry, peacekeeping operations, military, scientific and technical researches and line of other directions.

Under the agreement, the parties will develop annual cooperation plans.

During the period from 28th till 29th of November, 2019 in the city of     Nur-Sultan in the framework of military-technical cooperation between Republic of Kazakhstan and Russian Federation were held the technical consultations and presentations of universal target training complex “Adjutant”, track radar complex 12A6, radar station RSP-28M and small-sized radar station 1L122-E for the needs of Ministry of defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

As part of the contract between the RSE “Kazspecexport” and JSC Irkut Corporation (Russian Federation) which was signed at the international arms and technology exhibition “KADEX-2018”, another 4 SU-30SM aircraft were delivered in full to the air base in Taldykorgan for еру needs of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Su-30SM is a heavy multi-purpose fighter of the 4 ++ generation, designated to gain air supremacy.

Today, the Su-30SM is one of the best fighters in the world and has excellent characteristics.

The supply of these aircraft made it possible to unify the air fleet of the Kazakh Air Force, as well as strengthen the country's defense capabilities.

 

 

On November 11, 2019, the Ukrainian state concern “Ukroboronprom” announced that the state-owned enterprise “Antonov”, which is part of the group of companies “Ukroboronprom”, will supply the An-178 military transport aircraft to the National Police of the Ministry of the Interior of Peru and will carry out its maintenance for the warranty period of a certain signed agreement.

Earlier in August of this year An-178 was declared the winner in the tender of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Peru for the replacement in the aviation of the National Police of Peru of one operated transport aircraft An-32B. The competitors of the An-178 were the well-known production Leonardo C-27J Spartan and Airbus C295M aircraft. The Ukrainian side offered the supply of An-178 at a price of 65 million US dollars.

Kazakhstan plans to establish the assembly of Russian helicopters Mi-171, announced the minister of industry and infrastructural development, Beibut Atamkulov, to journalists.

«There are some projects they are binding with aviation At the base of #405 Plant it is planning the assembly of helicopters Mi-171, civil variant. This year already 12 sets of helicopters will be in work», - stated B.Atamkulov in the fields of XVI forum of interregional cooperation of Kazakhstan and Russia in Omsk.

In the period from 6th to 7th of November, 2019 between the RSE “Kazarnaulyexport (Kazspecexport) of the Ministry of industry and infrastructural development and Public Joint Stock Company “Irkut Corporation” the working meetings were held, during which the issues of supply of weaponry were discussed, as well as a further bilateral cooperation between companies in the frame of military-technical cooperation.

As a result of meetings the contract on supply of 4 (four) SU-30SM aircraft for the needs of Armed forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan was concluded.

 

In the period from 5th to 7th November, 2019, the X (tenth) meeting of the Kazakh-Turkish joint commission on technical and defense-industrial cooperation was held in the city of Nur-Sultan.

During the event, issues of military-technical cooperation between Kazakhstan’s and Turkish companies were discussed. The Turkish and Kazakhstan’s parts of the Commission reaffirmed their mutual interest in further intensifying mutually beneficial military-technical cooperation in the field of technical and defense-industrial cooperation.

On October 28, in the city of Nur-Sultan the export helicopter assembled in Kazakhstan was transferred to Tajikistan and this board is the first helicopter of Airbus Helicopters in Tajikistan. Helicopter assembly was carried out by a joint venture of “Eurocopter Kazakhstan Engineering” LLP (50% of JSC “NC Kazakhstan Engineering” - 50% of Airbus Helicopters).

The official transfer of the helicopter took place at the Eurocopter plant with the participation of Vice Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Amaniyaz Yerzhanov, senior management of Airbus Helicopters, Kazakhstan Engineering, KazakhExport and potential/existing customers.

The helicopter presented today is a reliable and modern machine that surpasses other single-engine helicopters in its class. It is not for nothing that this model broke the world record by completing takeoff and landing on Mount Everest”, the Vice Minister noted in his speech.

It should be emphasized that the implementation of this project became possible with the active participation, financing and support of Export Insurance Company JSC “KazakhExport”.

For reference: “Eurocopter Kazakhstan Engineering” is the only company in the CIS and Central Asia that sells helicopters of Airbus Helicopters, assemble and maintain EC145, H125, H130 helicopters, as well as train technicians and pilots in Russian and English.

A service center has been created at the plant to provide qualified services for maintaining the airworthiness of helicopters, as well as repair and technical support. The center provides high-tech equipment, ensures the availability of spare parts and tools in the warehouse of the enterprise. Online service provided by certified professionals ensures a high level of quality, performance and safety.

 

Also, amendments and additions were made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Government of Kazakhstan approved a resolution of October 24, 2019 "On the formation of the State Defense Order Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and amendments and additions to the resolution of  Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 29, 2018 No. 936 "On some issues of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic Kazakhstan and amendments and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, -  Zakon.kz reports.

- To establish the Committee for State Defense Order of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, - it is said in the document.

The decision comes into force from the day of its signing.

By order of the Minister of Industry and Infrastructural Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan No.870-k dated October 21, 2019, Nurpeissov Kairat Saulebekovich was appointed Acting General Director of the Republican State Enterprise “Kazarnaulyexport (Kazspecexport)”.

By order of the Minister of Industry and Infrastructural Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan No.869-k dated October 21, 2019, Kustavletov Dulat Rashitovich was appointed Deputy General Director of the Republican State Enterprise “Kazarnaulyexport (Kazspecexport)”.

October 21, 2019 Vice - Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhanzhumenov T. Zh. introduced new leadership to the staff of the Enterprise.

                 On October 20, 1995, in order to assist the Armed Forces, other troops and military units of the Republic of Kazakhstan in maintaining the defense capabilities of the state, the Company was established.

24 years have passed, during this period the Company has repeatedly changed its name and authorized body. Currently, the Company is a subordinate organization of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In the framework of the celebration of the Enterprise’s day, a contest was held among employees on the promotion of the state language “Қазақшаңыз қалай, әріптес?”. Representatives of structural divisions took part in the competition, as a result of which the jury determined the winner and nominated each participant.


 

A similar contest was held for the first time and found positive feedback.

Also, a corporate trip to the military-historical museum of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan was organized, where the employees of the Enterprise touched the events of the past, which has historical significance for the Kazakh people, and unique exhibits.
