Commission reward for the provision of sales services of unused property

 

In accordance with paragraph 22 of the Rules for the transfer, sale, liquidation through destruction, disposal and processing unused property, as well as providing in property rental (lease) of unused defense facilities approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 6, 2019, No.832 (hereinafter referred to as the Rules), by order of the Director General of the Republican State Enterprise «Kazarnaulyexport (Kazspecexport)» of the MIID RK dated January 9, 2020 No.2, the level of the commission reward for the provision of services for the sale of unused property was approved in the amount of 15%.

According to paragraph 42 of the Rules, the Buyer pays the Seller a commission reward of 15% of the sale price of the lot.

The detailed procedure for paying reward is specified in the Rules.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

As part of the implementation of the Protocol of the 10th meeting of the subcommission on military-technical cooperation of the Intergovernmental Kazakhstan-Belarus Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation, delegation of the Republican State Enterprise “Kazarnaulyexport (Kazspecexport)” of the MIIID of the Republic of Kazakhstan, headed by the General Director K. Nurpeisov, during from the 9th to 12th of December, 2019, visited the Republic of Belarus.

The purpose of visit was the exchange of experience on issues of unused weaponry and military technique realization order, as well as introducing of delegation of enterprise with the opportunities of the enterprises of Defense industrial complex of the Republic of Belarus on repair and modernization of weaponry and military technique.

In accordance with purpose, delegation held working meeting with leadership CJSC “BelTechExport” and visited such enterprises of the defense industrial complex: “BSVT –new technologies” Ltd., JSC “2566 Radioelectronic Armament Repair Plant”, and OJSC “140 Repair plant”, JSC “558 Aircraft Repair Plant”.

Due to results of visit, the protocol of working meeting with leadership CJSC “BelTechExport” was signed, which defines the basic directions of development of military-technical cooperation.

 

The first batch of L-39 training aircraft was sent for overhaul and modernization as part of a contract with the Czech company “Omnipol a.s. 

Measures for the supply of spare parts for the Air Defense Forces of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan are still ongoing.

 

As part of the execution of the State defense order of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2019, the Company concluded 39 agreements with the Customer, represented by the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development, of which it executed and carried out in the following volume:

- The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan by 96%;

- The National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan by 91.6%;

-Boundary service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 100%.

I would also like to note that the Company significantly saved budget funds, which will be returned to the budget of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Thus, the Company constantly equips the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan with advanced high-tech modern weapons and military equipment with advanced capabilities, what ensures the security and defense capability of the state.

A batch of Su-30SM aircraft with appropriate equipment was delivered to the Taldykorgan airdrome for the Air Defense Forces of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

As part of the fulfillment of the obligations of the defense order, the Enterprise delivered PAZ buses, double buggies, snow and swamp vehicles for the needs of the power structures of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

 

          The Senate of the Parliament of Kazakhstan on Thursday at a plenary meeting adopted the law "On ratification of the agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Turkey on military cooperation", the Interfax-Kazakhstan correspondent reported.

The agreement was signed in Ankara on the 13th of September, 2018.

The main purpose of the document is the further development of long-term military cooperation on the basis of principles of equal rights and mutual benefits between Kazakhstan and Turkey.

Interaction between two States includes such spheres of military cooperation as military trainings and studying, holding of joint trainings, defense industry, peacekeeping operations, military, scientific and technical researches and line of other directions.

Under the agreement, the parties will develop annual cooperation plans.

During the period from 28th till 29th of November, 2019 in the city of     Nur-Sultan in the framework of military-technical cooperation between Republic of Kazakhstan and Russian Federation were held the technical consultations and presentations of universal target training complex “Adjutant”, track radar complex 12A6, radar station RSP-28M and small-sized radar station 1L122-E for the needs of Ministry of defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

As part of the contract between the RSE “Kazspecexport” and JSC Irkut Corporation (Russian Federation) which was signed at the international arms and technology exhibition “KADEX-2018”, another 4 SU-30SM aircraft were delivered in full to the air base in Taldykorgan for еру needs of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Su-30SM is a heavy multi-purpose fighter of the 4 ++ generation, designated to gain air supremacy.

Today, the Su-30SM is one of the best fighters in the world and has excellent characteristics.

The supply of these aircraft made it possible to unify the air fleet of the Kazakh Air Force, as well as strengthen the country's defense capabilities.

 

 

On November 11, 2019, the Ukrainian state concern “Ukroboronprom” announced that the state-owned enterprise “Antonov”, which is part of the group of companies “Ukroboronprom”, will supply the An-178 military transport aircraft to the National Police of the Ministry of the Interior of Peru and will carry out its maintenance for the warranty period of a certain signed agreement.

Earlier in August of this year An-178 was declared the winner in the tender of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Peru for the replacement in the aviation of the National Police of Peru of one operated transport aircraft An-32B. The competitors of the An-178 were the well-known production Leonardo C-27J Spartan and Airbus C295M aircraft. The Ukrainian side offered the supply of An-178 at a price of 65 million US dollars.

Kazakhstan plans to establish the assembly of Russian helicopters Mi-171, announced the minister of industry and infrastructural development, Beibut Atamkulov, to journalists.

«There are some projects they are binding with aviation At the base of #405 Plant it is planning the assembly of helicopters Mi-171, civil variant. This year already 12 sets of helicopters will be in work», - stated B.Atamkulov in the fields of XVI forum of interregional cooperation of Kazakhstan and Russia in Omsk.

XVI forum of interregional cooperation of Kazakhstan and Russia on theme “Actual issues of border cooperation development” was held in Omsk on the 6-7th of November, 2019.

In the period from 6th to 7th of November, 2019 between the RSE “Kazarnaulyexport (Kazspecexport) of the Ministry of industry and infrastructural development and Public Joint Stock Company “Irkut Corporation” the working meetings were held, during which the issues of supply of weaponry were discussed, as well as a further bilateral cooperation between companies in the frame of military-technical cooperation.

As a result of meetings the contract on supply of 4 (four) SU-30SM aircraft for the needs of Armed forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan was concluded.
