• 1997: Graduated from Zhezkazgan University named after O.A. Baikanurov with a degree in «Power Supply and Electrification» specializing as an «Energy Engineer», (with honors);
• 2001: Graduated from Karaganda State University named after E.A. Buketov with a degree in «Jurisprudence specializing as a lawyer»;
• 2001: Graduated from Almaty Eurasian Institute of Market with a degree in «Accounting and Audit» specializing as an «Economist with Higher Professional Education», (with honors);
• 2015: Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Work experience:

Began his professional career in 1998 as a Consultant to the First Deputy of Akim (Mayor) of Zhezkazgan city.

Over the course of his career, he held leadership positions including: Deputy General Director of JSC «Tynys», Director of the Department at JSC «NC Kazakhstan Engineering», Deputy Chairman of the Board at JSC «NC Kazakhstan Engineering», Director of the Financial Department at JSC «KazMedTech» of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Deputy General Director of JSC «Petropavlovsk Heavy Machinery Plant», Director of the Executive Directorate of the Union of Machine Builders of Kazakhstan, First Deputy General Director and General Director of the Republican State Enterprise «Reserve» of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Deputy General Director of JSC «KazAviaSpas» of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
