Born on the 23rd of October, 1966.

Education:

  • In 1988 graduated from Karaganda state university named after E.A.Buketov (specialty: “Finance and credit”).

Experience:

  • From 1988 till 1996 yy. – worked in the tax authorities system;
  • From 1996 till 2016 yy. – service in the ranks of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  • From 2016 till 2019 yy. – Director of the Department of Finance of the Ministry of defense and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  • From 2019 till December,2019 – Director of the Department of Finance of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  • From 2019 till 2023 yy. – Deputy Chairman of the State Defense Order Committee of the Ministry of industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  • On May, 2024 appointed on the position of Temporary Acting Executive director of the RSE “Kazarnaulyexport (Kazspecexport)”.
