“Военный Паритет“(“Military parity”), 7th of February, 2018 –The company China National Aero-Technology Import & Export Corporation has demonstrated renewed version of transport aircraft Shaanxi Y-9E at aviasalon in Singapore.
Four–engined turboprop aircraft is at the service in Air Forces of the People’s Liberation Army of China and at this moment is proposed to potential clients in Asian Pacific Ocean region. Y-9E is the last evolution of the Y-8 aircraft. In special export version aircraft has maximal carrying capacity 25 tons.
Y-9 has fuselage, extended to 36,06 meters (118 feet 4 inches), advanced engines FWJ6C with six composite blades JL-4 and six–display “glass” cabin EFIS.
According to some sources, Myanmar is the first possible export client of this aircraft.
