On the 15th of November, 2018 A seminar on topical issues of the application of legislation in the field of public procurement was held at the Ministry of Defense and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The seminar was attended by employees of departments and departments of the Ministry.
The lectures were made by the head of the department of chamber control of the Department of Internal State Audit in the city of Astana of the Committee for Internal State Audit of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Talgat Aidarbekovich and the chief specialist of the same department Baikuanyshev Asset Adilbekovich.
The seminar discussed practical issues arising in the preparation and approval of the annual public procurement plan, the conclusion of a public procurement contract and supplementary agreements with suppliers, and the application of qualification requirements for potential suppliers.
Employees of the Ministry made proposals to improve legislation on public procurement.
