On October 28, in the city of Nur-Sultan the export helicopter assembled in Kazakhstan was transferred to Tajikistan and this board is the first helicopter of Airbus Helicopters in Tajikistan. Helicopter assembly was carried out by a joint venture of “Eurocopter Kazakhstan Engineering” LLP (50% of JSC “NC Kazakhstan Engineering” – 50% of Airbus Helicopters).
The official transfer of the helicopter took place at the Eurocopter plant with the participation of Vice Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Amaniyaz Yerzhanov, senior management of Airbus Helicopters, Kazakhstan Engineering, KazakhExport and potential/existing customers.
The helicopter presented today is a reliable and modern machine that surpasses other single-engine helicopters in its class. It is not for nothing that this model broke the world record by completing takeoff and landing on Mount Everest”, the Vice Minister noted in his speech.
It should be emphasized that the implementation of this project became possible with the active participation, financing and support of Export Insurance Company JSC “KazakhExport”.
For reference: “Eurocopter Kazakhstan Engineering” is the only company in the CIS and Central Asia that sells helicopters of Airbus Helicopters, assemble and maintain EC145, H125, H130 helicopters, as well as train technicians and pilots in Russian and English.
