The commander of the troops of the Central Military District of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, Lieutenant-General Alexander Lapin visited the plant of «Kazakhstan Paramount Engineering» LLP in Astana.
Lapin got acquainted with the activities of the plant for the production of armored wheeled vehicles (AWV), as well as the production technology of AWV «Arlan».
During the visit, the commander of the troops of the Central Air Forces of the RF Armed Forces, as well as representatives of the RF Armed Forces inspected the technological process.
In addition, General Director of «Kazakhstan Paramount Engineering» LLP Erbol Salimov showed the guests ready-made armored vehicles «Barys» with wheel arrangement 6×6, 8×8 and armored wheeled vehicle «Alan». The commander of the troops of the Central Air Forces of the RF Armed Forces A.Lapin highly appreciated the technical characteristics of Kazakhstan armored cars, as well as the production capabilities of the plant.
