On October 20, 1995, the National State Enterprise “Kazvoentehimpex” was created on the basis of the General Directorate of Trade of the Ministry of Defense – Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan № 1356
1997
On December 18, 1997 the Republican State Enterprise “Karu-Jarak” of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Resolution of the Government of Kazakhstan № 1771 was created.
RSE “Karu-Jarak” was created by merging
RSE “Kazvoentehimpex” of the Ministry of Defense of Kazakhstan and the foreign trade company “Ulan” of the Defense Industry Committee.
1999
Government Decision No. 278 of 19 March 1999 placed Karu-Jarak under the authority of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Government Decision No. 1707 of 13 November 1999 renamed Kazanaulyexport (Kazspetsexport) a republican state enterprise on the right of economic management of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2000
On July 10, 2000, in accordance with the Resolution of the Government of Kazakhstan No. 1039 “Separate issues of the Republican State Enterprise” Kazanaulyexport (Kazspetsexport) “(hereinafter referred to as the Enterprise) was transferred to the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

16 July 2008, 2017, Government Decision No. 687 “Some Issues of Turnover of Military Equipment” approved new Rules for the Transfer, Sale, and Disposal of Unused Military Equipment, as well as the Provision of Defence Facilities to Property Hire (Lease); And amended Decree No. 1039 of 10 July 2000
2016
Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 704 of 15 November 2016 approved the Regulations on the Ministry of Defense and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.On the basis of which, the Republican State Enterprise “Kazarnaulyexport (Kazspetsexport)” was transferred to the Ministry of Defense and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2019
On the basis of the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 26, 2019 № 142 RSE “Kazarnaulyexport (Kazspetsexport)” was transferred to the Ministry of Digital Development, Defense and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2019
On the basis of the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 501 of July 12, 2019 RSE “Kazarnaulyexport (Kazspetsexport)” came under the responsibility of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2020
Based on the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 17, 2020 No. 64, the RSE “Kazarnaulyexport (Kazspetsexport)” came under the jurisdiction of the State Defense Order Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2023
In accordance with the order of the Acting Minister of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 13, 2023 No. 4 “On the renaming of certain state legal entities”, the Enterprise was renamed into a republican state enterprise with the right of economic management “Kazarnaulyexport (Kazspetsexport)” of the State Defense Order Committee of the Ministry of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The enterprise was established by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in order to provide the Armed Forces, other troops and military formations of the Republic of Kazakhstan and works in the areas of import and export of weapons and military equipment, as well as military equipment.
