The Minister of Digital Development, Defense and Aerospace Industry presented the vice ministers to the ministry’s staff.
Government Decree appointed 4 vice ministers of digital development, defense and aerospace industry.
Nurguzhin Marat Rakhmaliyevich, a former vice-minister of the defense and aerospace industry, will continue to oversee issues of the aerospace industry.
Ospanov Ablaykhan Yessenovich, who previously held the post of Chairman of the Board of the State Corporation “Government for Citizens”, will be in charge of the development of electronic services.
Tuyakov Daryn Shylbynovich, who previously worked as the Vice-Minister of Information and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan, will continue to oversee communication issues.
Orazbek Askhat Elubayuly, who worked as vice-president of the Noncommercial organization “Association for the Development of Blockchains and Cryptotechnologies in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, will oversee issues of information security.
The Minister of Digital Development, Defense and Aerospace Industries, Askar Zhumagaliyev, congratulated his colleagues on the appointment, and wished them success in achieving the objectives.
