Dear engineers, craftsmen and workers, scientists and designers,
veterans of the defense industry! Dear friends!

As you know, on October 6, 2016, at the initiative of the Head of State – Leader of the Nation Nursultan Abishevich Nazarbayev, the Ministry of Defense and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan was established.

It is a sign that the Ministry’s education day has become a professional holiday for workers of the country’s defense industry.

On behalf of the Ministry and on my own behalf, I sincerely congratulate all the masters, engineers, designers, workshop workers and other workers, as well as veterans of the defense enterprises of Kazakhstan with this wonderful professional holiday!

Under the auspices of the new Ministry over these two years, we have carried out significant work to improve the research and regulatory legal framework, develop and introduce modern technologies into production, work is underway to improve the quality of training of industry specialists.

Thanks to your selfless labor, the products of domestic defense enterprises always reliably serve people and stand guard over their peace and security.

The coordinated work of the collectives of the defense enterprises of our country allowed us to preserve and increase the unique achievements of scientific and design ideas of many generations of specialists.

I am confident that you will continue to work for the good of the Motherland, to solve tasks in a responsible manner, to help strengthen the defense capability and national security of our state.

On this momentous day, let me wish you all good health, happiness, inexhaustible energy, family well-being, good luck in your work and success in your professional career!

Yours respectfully,

Beibut Atamkulov
