Dear colleagues!
Today, a working meeting was held with the participation of state bodies and business representatives regarding the development of electronic industry in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
To the current date, the Ministry has developed and approved the “Road Map for the Development of the Electronic Industry for 2018-2020”.
The Road Map provides the following main four directions:
1) stimulation of entrepreneurial activity – is the optimization of public services, the reduction of customs duties on the export/import of components, loans/subsidies/leases/insurances, which will stimulate the development of domestic products of the electronic industry;
2) technological development and support of domestic software producers –is the formation of the Register of trusted products of electronic industry and software, the creation of an association of electronic products producers, the technological modernization of existing state assets, and the creation of a special design and technology bureau (design of the center);
3) provision of scientific and technical activities – conducting research, developing a targeted scientific program for the development of the electronic industry;
4) the development of human capital – the development and updating of educational programs for the training of personnel in the field of robotics and electronic industry, and the upgrading of the qualifications of pedagogical staff in the organization of secondary education.
At the same time, we note that a virtual platform has been created on the basis of the popular social network Facebook, which is a universal platform that unites industrial enterprises, scientific and technical and educational organizations.
In addition, the Ministry of Defense and Aerospace Industry represented by the Department for the Development of the Electronic Industry is open to dialogue and is ready to discuss the measures for the development of the electronic industry for business, as well as discussion of topical issues in this field.
