JSC “Munaymash” developed strategic plan of development on the 2018-2021 yy., within which Enterprise solves the tasks of replacing and repair of obsolete facilities.
So, at the plant was planned the purchase and input of equipment worth more than 69 mln. tenge. Various electric furnaces, lathes, quenching oil baths for development of production of new types of civil products will be purchased.
For today the enterprise has already organized the production of a new product – a packer of mechanical oil wells used in drill pipes.
JSC “Munaymash” developed design documentation, prototype samples were produced. At the current time the technology is being tested, prototype packers of different sizes are aimed to the pilot-industrial tests in oilfield services companies.
If the test results are positive, it is planned that until 2021 the plant will produce up to 1,000 units of this type of product and accompanying tools to it for oil and service enterprises in Kazakhstan and the CIS.
JSC “Munaymash”, is the part of the national company “Kazakhstan Engineering” of the MDAI of the RK, is dealing by the design, producing and repair of oil and gas equipment.
