Within the framework of the business program of the HeliRussia-2018 exhibition, a panel discussion “Life cycle of military technical cooperation” will be held, during which participants will discuss topical issues of military-technical cooperation (MTC).
The agenda of the discussion included issues on various stages of technical cooperation, specifics of contract activities on the international market of military-technical cooperation, problems and the potential for interaction with foreign customers.
Within the framework of the discussion, the experts of the Center for Analysis, Strategy and Technology and the National Committee for the Promotion of Economic Cooperation with Latin American Countries (NC PECLA) will talk about Russian arms exports in the context of US sanctions policy, plans to expand cooperation with key Russian partners, and assess the risks of each region.
Special features of the contracts of military technical cooperation and the stages of the life cycle of cooperation will be told by specialists of the largest helicopter-building enterprises. Particular attention will be paid to target contracts and “complex delivery”, as well as the formation of the market of after-sales services for Russian helicopter equipment.
The program of the event includes speeches by industry experts, a session of questions and answers, discussion and case studies.
Panel discussion will be held on May 24, 2018 in the conference hall No. 3 of the third exhibition pavilion “CROCUS EKPO”.
XI International Helicopter Industry Exhibition “HeliRussia 2018” will be held from 24 to 26 May in Moscow on the IEC Crocus Expo site. More than 20 enterprises of the defense-industrial complex of Russia will take part in the exhibition.
