The 2-nd International Forum of the Internet of Things, the “2nd IoT Forum Astana”, was held in Astana, where the Deputy Prime Minister Askar Zhumagaliyev made a welcoming speech.
At the forum domestic experts and guests from the UK, France, Singapore and PRC discussed modern trends of IoT, the specifics of their introduction and exploitation.
Ruslan Abdikalikov, Deputy Chairman of the Informational Security Committee of the MDAI, took part in a panel session on theme of “IoT Security: Video Surveillance and Public Safety of Citizens of Kazakhstan”, where he reported on the complex work of the state to create a national information security system, on measures taken to protect critically important facilities of information and communication infrastructure, the work carried out to provide the industry with qualified personnel, as well as about requirements to operational centers of Information Security.
